This Privacy Policy explains how Balo.ai GmbH (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you visit our website redact-pro.com, contact us, or purchase our products and services.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and processing your personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and applicable US privacy laws where relevant.

2. What data we collect

Because the Balo Redact Pro tool is designed to work offline on your systems, we do not access or process the content of the documents you redact with the product.
Through the website (which is hosted on the Wix platform) and in the context of sales, support and licensing, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

Contact data: name, company, role, postal address, email address, telephone number (for example when you submit a contact form or purchase a license).
Account and communication data: login details (if you create an account), language preferences, and content of emails or other messages you send us (e.g. support requests, demo enquiries).
Usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type and version, operating system, referral URL, pages visited, time and date of visits and similar technical data collected via Wix’s built‑in analytics and related tools.
